Instructions
Start by heating 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add diced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Season peeled shrimp, scallops and calamari rings with salt and pepper to taste.
Add them to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are cooked through.
In a separate bowl, mix together diced fresh basil, oregano, parsley and remaining olive oil.
Pour this mixture over the seafood in the skillet and stir well to combine all ingredients.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serve immediately with your favorite toppings such as avocado, shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa
Notes
Use fresh shrimp, scallops, and crab for best results.
If you don’t have white wine on hand, you can substitute with chicken broth or vegetable broth.
Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your desired level of spiciness.
If you prefer a creamier sauce, add a tablespoon of butter to the skillet before adding the shrimp, scallops, and crab.
You can also add other seasonings and spices to the skillet, such as oregano, thyme, and cayenne pepper.
To make the dish more colorful, add bell peppers or cherry tomatoes to the skillet.
