Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt (or avocado mayonnaise), delicate white miso paste, seasoned rice vinegar, chopped fresh ginger, low-sodium soy sauce, raw honey, toasted sesame oil, and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Whisk the ingredients together until the mixture is well combined and smooth. Set the dressing aside.
In a large salad bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken breast, chopped crisp romaine lettuce, and slivered almonds.
Pour the prepared dressing over the chicken and lettuce mixture. Toss the salad gently until the dressing coats the ingredients evenly.
Sprinkle crispy wonton strips and crunchy chow mein noodles over the dressed salad. These will add texture and crunch.
Toss the salad once more just before serving to ensure everything is evenly coated with the dressing.
Divide the salad among individual plates or bowls and serve immediately.
You can garnish with additional slivered almonds or sesame seeds for extra flavor and presentation.
