Have you ever wanted to make the delicious Costco Asian Chicken Wrap right at home? Now, you can! This homemade version of the popular wrap is just as tasty and easy to make.
Begin by preparing the filling for your wraps. In a large bowl, mix together shredded carrots, sliced grilled chicken breast, mayonnaise, honey, cilantro, green onions, rice vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Once you have prepared the filling, it’s time to assemble your wraps. Lay out your tortilla wraps on a clean work surface. Place 1/4 of the filling in the center of each wrap and fold up the bottom, then fold the sides in to form a burrito shape. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray. Place the wraps in the skillet and cover with a lid, cooking for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Flip the wraps over and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
Finally, it’s time to serve your homemade Costco Asian chicken wrap! Serve your wraps immediately with a sprinkle of salt and pepper on top.
