Equipment

  • plate
  • martini glass
  • cocktail shaker & strainer

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 4- ounce Tito’s Vodka
  • 16 Fresh Raspberry
  • 4- ounces Triple Sec
  • 4- ounces fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2/5 ounce Stirrings Pure Cane Simple Syrup
  • 4 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Ice
  • 6 tsp Lemon Zest
  • Lemon Wheel For Garnish

Instructions

  • Begin by setting up your martini glasses. Take a small plate and sprinkle sugar onto it. Next, take a lemon wedge and run it along the rim of the glass to moisten it. Dip the rim into the sugar until fully coated.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add the fresh raspberries and mint leaves. Gently muddle them together with a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon, releasing their flavorful juices.
  • Add in the remaining ingredients – Tito’s Vodka, triple sec, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Stirrings Pure Cane Simple Syrup, and ice – to the same cocktail shaker. Seal the shaker securely and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
  • Strain the cocktail into your prepared martini glass using a strainer to remove any seeds or pulp. Garnish with a lemon wheel and sprinkle some fresh lemon zest on top for an extra burst of flavor.

Notes

  • Make sure to use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
  • If you prefer a sweeter drink, you can add more simple syrup or adjust the amount according to your taste.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, you can substitute the vodka with lemonade or club soda.
