Instructions
Begin by setting up your martini glasses. Take a small plate and sprinkle sugar onto it. Next, take a lemon wedge and run it along the rim of the glass to moisten it. Dip the rim into the sugar until fully coated.
In a cocktail shaker, add the fresh raspberries and mint leaves. Gently muddle them together with a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon, releasing their flavorful juices.
Add in the remaining ingredients – Tito’s Vodka, triple sec, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Stirrings Pure Cane Simple Syrup, and ice – to the same cocktail shaker. Seal the shaker securely and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
Strain the cocktail into your prepared martini glass using a strainer to remove any seeds or pulp. Garnish with a lemon wheel and sprinkle some fresh lemon zest on top for an extra burst of flavor.
Notes
Make sure to use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
If you prefer a sweeter drink, you can add more simple syrup or adjust the amount according to your taste.
For a non-alcoholic version, you can substitute the vodka with lemonade or club soda.
