Instructions

  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook fettuccine noodles for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Season peeled and deveined shrimp with liquid crab boil, garlic salt, and other seasoning. Cover a large skillet with plastic wrap and add the seasoned shrimp.
  • In a separate large bowl, melt the salted butter on medium heat. Add chopped onion, garlic, celery, and bell pepper to the melted butter and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  • Add chicken broth and cream of chicken soup to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir in Velveeta Jalapeno cheese until melted.
  • Add cooked fettuccine to the shrimp and sauce mixture, stirring until pasta is coated in the creamy sauce.
