Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb cooked and drained Spaghetti Pasta
  • 12 oz Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 lb Ground beef
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 3/4 cup of chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Bouillon Granules
  • 3/4 tsp ground oregano
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 3/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Chili powder

Instructions

  • Follow the instructions on the spaghetti package to cook it, then drain it. In a big frying pan, cook the ground beef on medium-high heat for about 8 minutes or until it's not pink anymore. Remove any extra fat from the pan.
  • Put the onions, bell pepper, garlic, and chili powder in the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until they are soft. Then, add the tomato sauce, water, bouillon granules, oregano, cumin, and black pepper to the pan. Mix everything together well.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil and then turn down the heat to low. Let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring sometimes. Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce in the pan and mix it well. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and serve.
