- 2 grilled serrano chiles peeled and finely chopped
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- Water as needed to thin the sauce
- Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Step 1: Prepare the Marinade
First, let’s create a phenomenal spice mix for the chicken. In a bowl, combine salt, cracked black pepper, fennel seeds, mustard seeds, cumin, smoked paprika, and Spanish paprika. Mix them well.
