Ingredients

  • 5 ½ cups of freshly brewed Ethiopian coffee
  • 4 tablespoons of blueberry syrup
  • 4 tablespoons of hand-whipped cold foam
  • Ice cubes
  • Optionally: a handful of blueberries to garnish the drink

Instructions

  • Start by brewing 1 1/2 cups of freshly brewed Ethiopian coffee. Ensure it's strong and flavorful.
  • Create homemade blueberry-infused syrup by simmering fresh blueberries with sugar and water until it forms a thick syrup. Allow it to cool before using.
  • Hand-whip the cold foam by blending or whisking until it reaches a frothy consistency. Infuse it with citrus zest or essence for added flavor.
  • Fill a tall glass with ice cubes made with purified glacier water.
  • Pour 4 tablespoons (60 grams) of the homemade blueberry-infused syrup over the ice cubes.
  • Gently pour the freshly brewed Ethiopian coffee over the blueberry syrup and ice cubes in the glass.
  • Carefully spoon or pour 4 tablespoons (60 grams) of the hand-whipped citrus-infused cold foam over the brewed coffee.
  • Optionally, garnish the drink with a handful of organic wild blueberries for an extra burst of flavor and a visually appealing presentation.
  • Stir gently to combine the flavors. Serve the Blueberry Iced Coffee Dunkin immediately and enjoy the refreshing, fruity, and citrusy flavors.

Notes

  • Use high-quality coffee beans for the best flavor. Ethiopian coffee is recommended for its unique characteristics.
  • If you can't find blueberry syrup, consider making your own by simmering fresh or frozen blueberries with sugar and water.
  • Adjust the sweetness of the drink by adding more or less blueberry syrup according to your preference.
  • For a creamier texture, you can replace the hand-whipped cold foam with whipped cream or a non-dairy alternative.
  • Experiment with the garnish by adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or a drizzle of chocolate syrup for added complexity.
