Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups / 225 g / 8 oz frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp / 30 g / 1 oz white chocolate, chopped (or chocolate chips)
  • 1 cup / 240 ml / 8 fl oz coconut milk (can sub for another milk of choice)
  • 1 to 2 tbsp agave syrup (can sub for honey or maple syrup)
  • 1 1/2 cups / 225 g / 8 oz frozen pineapple

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, white chocolate (or chips), coconut milk, agave syrup, and pineapple. Blend until everything is well combined and smooth.
  • Taste your smoothie and adjust as needed – add more agave syrup for sweetness or a bit more pineapple for tartness if desired.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with extra pineapple pieces or white chocolate chips if desired.

- Make sure to use frozen fruit as it gives the smoothie a thick, creamy texture.
- If you don’t have white chocolate, regular chocolate chips can be used instead.
- For a vegan version of this smoothie, substitute agave syrup with maple syrup or honey.
