Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain flour
  • 2 1/4 cups milk
  • 100 g butter

Instructions

  • In a bowl, thoroughly mix the plain flour and milk together—just until you've achieved a thick, sauce-like consistency.
  • Take some butter in a pan and place it over medium heat until melted. After that, slowly pour the flour concoction from Step 1 into the pan while stirring continuously until the mixture starts to thicken.
  • Now, decrease the heat to low and stir again until it forms a dough-like consistency. This should take approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Once this step is done, turn off the flame and permit the Panada to cool for 20 minutes before serving.
  • Ready to enjoy! Serve with your favorite side dish or toppings.
